Happy Lime Canaryversary

Whoa! Time flies! We just want to say a giant thank you to everyone who has helped us throughout the first year of our existence. We're now officially a little over 1 year old, and we cannot wait to keep growing and learning. We have already met so many amazing people and we're excited for what the future has in store! Our anniversary gift to ourselves...A new website to be rolled out sometime in the very near future. Wooohooo!

THANK YOU for all your support and business!

I Think I'll Just Live Here

Isn't this the most beautiful outdoor setting ever! It caught my eye and I just couldn't stop thinking about being in this space. There is so much warmth and beauty. It's pretty impressive when a design stops you in your tracks. It's spaces with this sort of power that we strive to create with all our rental experiences. Lovely!

How Do You Use That? Bird Cages

Ahhhh the bird cage! These dainty little beauties aren't just for keeping canaries from flying away. They've hit the event scene and are real multi-taskers. We have lots of varieties available for rent. Big ones, small ones, black ones, white ones...You get the picture. You've seen them used as card holders many a time, but here are some other neat ways to put these lovelies to use.

Bird cages paired with beautiful florals make amazing centerpieces. These stunning designs were done by Lisa at Florabella. We're pretty sure she's a floral genius!

Bird cages make wonderful accents to event vignettes. Check out the bird cage perched atop the favor table.

Bird cages look very whimsical hanging above tables. Add some candles and hang over a dinner table to create instant ambiance.

Meet Yvonne and Charles!

Greetings everyone! I'm excited to introduce you to the newest members of the Lime Canary family: Yvonne and Charles!

Yvonne is a stunning Victorian love seat with some serious curves. She's upholstered in beautiful Belgian cut velvet and is ready to knock the socks off your next event.

Yvonne
Charles is her male companion. He's a handsome Grandfather chair who looks great on his own or paired with his lovely lady friend.

Antique Florals?

Aren't these floral arrangements stunning! They were created by Ariel Dearie, a talented Brooklyn florist. I don't know if it's possible for flowers to look antique when they are so much in the present and alive, but these lovelies remind me of a bygone era. I would be giddy to see these beauties paired up with some Lime Canary pieces. That would be some serious vintage romance! Any takers?

How Do You Use That? Factory Cart

Chester is a lovable beast!

Chester
As Lime Canary's resident factory cart, Chester is fulfilling the second half of his life dream. In the early 1900s, he was heavily used in an industrial, warehouse in Michigan, but now he's ready to add some pizazz to your event. Chester's rugged look is a perfect match with some beautiful, dainty elements. Here are some great ideas for incorporating Chester into your event.

Factory carts make wonderful coffee tables as part of a stylish vintage lounge.
